Danny Perez

Hello!

I’m Danny. First of all, I’ve been with my partner for eight years and I am a dog dad to our beautiful Golden Retriever Lola. I am originally from Cadiz, Spain. I moved to Kent in 2013. Since then I’ve lived in Whistable, Folkestone  and now I’m back in Canterbury.

After years of working for large corporate firms and public sector organisations in England, in 2024 I decided to set up my own property business so I could commit myself to clients and focus on people, not targets.

I am now able to offer a very personal service,  follow my clients’ journey from start to finish, meaning I will be with them from valuation to moving day and in between teach them some Spanish if they are up for it!

I love helping people to make life-changing decisions about moving home- “Tu Casa, Mi Pasion”.

I will always put customers first. I aim to offer honest support and advice to help make your move smooth with me and my Golden Move Team at iad!
