  1. Have a chat with us

    Let us know your requirements and what kind of letting services you are after, we can provide a tenant find, a rent collection or a fully managed service.

  2. Marketing assets are produced

    We will get working on producing your marketing assets including professional photos, floor plans and your property description that will highlight the best features.

  3. Launch your property

    Your property will be on all the major, national property websites including Rightmove and Zoopla, local publications as well as our social media channels.

  4. Tenant viewings

    We’ll show potential tenants around your property. Our experienced agents will be on hand to answer any questions your tenants may have.

  5. Application admin

    We’ll organise for thorough reference checks to be carried out by an independent credit reference agency and sort out every aspect of the tenant’s application on your behalf.

  6. Agree to a let

    Once you agree to a let we’ll prepare the tenancy agreement, obtain the tenant’s security deposit and, for a small fee, prepare the inventory for check-in day.

  7. Tenant moves in

    On the move in day the tenant will collect keys from us and we will run through any queries they may have. Great news, your property is let!
